No prior notification when I was interviewed by phone. She called me and asked about bla bla bla and the position I was applying to. Have no respect for the applicant's situation.

ask questions alot on past experience, whether focus on sales or key account management - interviewer emphasise alot on targets and specifically monthly targets and whether individual can accept monthly targets.

they interview and hire for account manager but they give telesales job which is cheating. one of the KPI if don't make 600-700 calls a month then they will deduct our salary
