Overall, it was a good experience. The process was well organized and ran smoothly from start to finish. Communication was timely, but felt a bit impersonal since each email communication seemed to be a standard automated template. A more human touch could have improved the experience.
The interviewers themselves seemed sharp and the company appears to be a solid place with capable people.
Before the interview, I was encouraged to give short, concise answers, noting that interviewers would follow up if they wanted more detail. I followed that advice, but was later told I didn’t go into enough detail. Clearer guidance on what interviewers are actually looking for would be helpful.
All that said, I appreciated the structure and professionalism of the process, and I left the experience with a positive impression of the team and the company overall.
