Interview
The interview process involved several stages, primarily with the hiring manager. In one session, the VP of People also participated. There was also an open discussion with future peers. It is impressive that the company takes the time to get to know you and ensure you are a good fit for both the company and its culture. At a certain point, they presented the system, giving you an idea about your future job. I also met one of the owners, who was a very humble person. The process was transparent and straightforward. I am impressed by the process and culture so far and hope they continue to meet my expectations.

Interview
I had the initial introductory call via teams. It was refreshing to see the HR was genuinely interested to know about my day to day life. Felt like interview went good as we had pretty decent conversation. However I received email after two hours that they are pursuing another candidate.
