I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jetfuel Agency
Interview
I went through three rounds of interviews with the agency, only to be ghosted afterward despite following up multiple times. No feedback or update was provided, which felt like a waste of time, especially considering I had to take time off work to accommodate scheduling.
Throughout the process, they were unable to clearly articulate the need for the role or explain why an additional resource was required. The salary range was also not disclosed at any point even when requested. Overall, it felt like they were not seriously hiring for the position.
Advice for Future Candidates - Be sure to ask clear, direct questions during the first round about the role’s scope, the need for hiring, and salary expectations.
