Interview was weird, they explained there was no proper standard payment procedure. furthermore the interview was for a sales role. But advertised as a management trainee. Nothing in the interview was linked to anything about management. Its just direct sales,

The boss explained every detail about the job very well, fun talking to him. Had opportunity to ask questions to him. I didn't get too nervous because the interview was more like a conversation.
