There were two interview rounds.
1st: I aced the first one and got the call for the second.
2nd: the second one was totally unhinged. There was no feedback from the panel of the first interview. Random coding questions on a board. It was a Manual QA interview and the technical part was already done in the first one. This was supposed to be a high level, processes based interview. Admission was there, but the course didn't change.
Overall office environment was clumsy, dull and quite unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Jeeny (Lahore)
Interview
The first round of interviews was conducted with a lead developer and focused on core iOS concepts. The questions were deep and conceptual, moving beyond the typical interview guides to explore a more advanced understanding of iOS development.
The second round was with the architect and engineering manager. This interview centered around architectural knowledge and involved a detailed discussion and technical reasoning.
Throughout both rounds, the interviewers were supportive, making it easy to engage in thoughtful conversations. They took the time to ensure questions were understood and provided guidance when needed, creating an environment that felt collaborative and welcoming
