Process was very humane: "Search for the divine soul" is the title of HR Department of Jaipur Rugs, this vision comes from long experience of life of Mr. Nand Kishor Choudhary(Founder & CMD of company), As for as process is concern, 1. Process started with search of divine soul in person as first priority and a search of person who know about purpose of life and of his career. 2. Mr. NKC leave no stone upturned to search right person, so most of the times he himself involve in the process as this is not just interview process instead it is a alignment of candidate's purpose and company's purpose, and I was little bit lucky because in my case Mr. NKC himself involved from very first step of process(He traced me in 10,000 people in a Meditation Camp after hearing me from stage{11 Dec 2017} after interaction and knowing my purpose of life he told his vision purpose and gave me space to think{that freedom was best part} ). 3. Again after few month we met in a 10 day's very energetic residential meditation camp where I came to know about in more detail after knowing about this wide spread company his vision and his family's vision and achievements, He told that our company's need is "A" Player with both left and right brain hemisphere activated(logical and creative) to come in sustainable fortune 500 company's list . 4. Then he and team asked some question from my side for life purpose, vision and mission after knowing it they offered me and just left me to think (no pressure, with lot of space to think over it) 5. I took months to switch after creating a blueprint for life , career and purpose I came Jaipur Rugs Head office at Jaipur. 6. I joined at 19 Feb 2019 with formalities of HR. 7. Review of vision behind joining and future projection was went on till few days so that I can allign 100% with body, mind and soul with Jaipur Rugs and NKC's vision.
