There was a phone interview followed by in-person interviews at their office with about 8 people. I met with almost the entire team of people I would be working with. This was nice to make sure there weren't red flags on either their or my part.

Your skills and background aren't the most important, it's how desperate they are for people and whether or not the person interviewing you likes you.
