interview is good, straightforward as you can expect but early careers service and talent acquisition is terrible. they don’t get back to you and you have to beg for a response months later

I was connected to the hiring manager through a friend- there were 3 interviews, one was a brief phone interview with HR and they asked about salary expectations, the next was a longer phone interview with the hiring manager, and finally the third interview was a Teams video call with 2 other members of the team. There was also a short, timed writing assignment.

It was about what you would expect from an engineering consultancy. Nothing too difficult and mostly to the point. Four people were there during my interview. Wasn't a great fit for me,
