Jacobs Human Factors Engineer interview questions

The interview process was very simple. It was a panel interview. They started out with a discussion about what the job will be. From that point they started reviewing different points on my resume, and they asked me to explain them. Afterwards, they asked me what I knew about Jacobs and if I had any questions. Finally, they asked me to define leadership and how I can apply that to Jacobs.
