Questions based, scenario based and personality questions. One design question. Very friendly and interviewed by two people. Discussion of the company, departments and training. Qustions asked about the company and why interested in the sector.

after several initial calls and emails between staffing professionals and regional managers, a very informal interview was arranged over lunch and it was Professional and personable. I don't believe the day were actively attempting to fulfill the role but more so gathering information for market positioning of current proposals
