I applied through other source. I interviewed at JUSPAY (Sītāpur, Uttar Pradesh) in May 2026
Interview
There were a total of 6 interview rounds. The process started with an online coding assessment consisting of DSA and aptitude questions. After clearing it, I had two technical rounds focused on data structures, algorithms, OOPs, DBMS, and operating systems. The next round involved problem-solving and coding on a shared editor.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to explain the difference between a process and a thread and discuss when multithreading is preferable over multiprocessing.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at JUSPAY (Bengaluru) in Jan 2026
Interview
The Juspay interview process is a rigorous, multi-stage marathon known for its unique focus on deep technical problem-solving rather than standard competitive programming. It begins with an online screening consisting of technical MCQs and a coding round featuring complex graph-based problems. Candidates who pass move to the Hackathon Part A, where they must solve the "Tree of Space" problem—an N-ary tree locking system—within a strict 3-hour window. This is followed by the grueling Hackathon Part B, an 8+ hour marathon conducted via Slack where candidates must optimize their previous solution and make it thread-safe without using standard synchronization primitives like mutexes or semaphores. The process concludes with a series of technical interviews that dive deep into OS fundamentals, concurrency, and high-level system design.
I applied through university. I interviewed at JUSPAY (Calcutta)
Interview
Several rounds, first Coding Assessment, then Technical MCQ, then Hackathon part A, then Hackathon part B, then Technical interview 1 then Technical interview 2, if they satisfies then HR interview.
