JT+Partners interview questions

Smooth interview focusing equally on my skills and projects and the company's projects, the interview took about 1 hour and it was an online interview. However the interview was so positive but they did not respond back so that is a negative point for them.

Went smoothly, they offered me a position during the interview and agreed on a salary. They asked me to negotiate my notice period at my current office from two months down to one month. Which I did. Only for them to withdraw there offer a few weeks later without any explanation or follow up.
