Very relaxed and comfortable. Not too intense or stressy in a way that I appreciated. It was a "get to know you" initially and then quite targeted questions about experience.
I went through 3 rounds of interviews with various team members, each in person. The interviews were all fairly casual, more conversational. Did not receive an offer following 3rd interview and did not get a reason why.
