Very nice HR and management team. First met with HR and answered basic questions about yourself. Then management required you to perform some basic fiber optic skills (aligning, fusion splicing). Also had to solder a few boards. Be prepared to have some basic theoretical knowledge of fiber optics because they will ask you.
