Standard AGM interview, heavy focus on understanding vision of JD. Highly focused on good reviews and retention of PTs. Offered a job but required me to start training in 24hrs after I declared a 4-week notice period

Apply, interview, offer. They ask about fitness and interests and how you can help sales as a manager. Also how you can retain memberships and supply good customer service. They ask about you and your personality and how that fits.
