Applied online and received an invitation by phone call following an email. Had a casual 1 to 1 interview at an empty table which lasted 20 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and offered me a drink. The questions asked were general and read off a piece of paper.

Needed to bring proof of right to work in the UK. Casual interview with the question being from pre written list. Was asked standard questions about what responsibilities comes with the role, what you know about the company, why you want to work with spoons, time where you showcased teamwork etc.
