HR executive took my PM technical round, and although I have all the right answers I got rejected. Later on, with the same knowledge, I landed a much better job with a 3x hike. When I asked junior HR, she told me my answers were too deep and confusing, I mean sure they are but for an HR executive as he will not have in-depth knowledge/understanding of PM terminologies.
Please ask senior PMs or someone from the Management team to conduct the interview instead of wasting the Candidates' time.
