I was interviewed in person at the academy. I then requested to observe classes. Next came a Zoom interview. The owner was erratic and unprofessional; the depths of which are too complicated to explain here. I was promised things that were intangible and far above the original job advert. I was given zero information to execute these goals. My interview process ended up being a consultation for a failing school. The minute I started talking about money, taxes, and contracts, my application was dismissed and the owner acted like we never had that initial interview or class observation. She offered to compensate me for time so far and never did!
