I felt incredible comfortable. The interview panel was made of very generous and kind people. They have a very great team in Dublin. They are genuinely interested in you as a person and want to know what you are interested in and your goals.

I had a truly lovely interview experience with the Irish Red Cross. The team was welcoming, respectful, and clearly passionate about their work. The conversation felt meaningful and human, leaving me inspired by their mission and hopeful about the impact they’re making.

40 min. two people from the team. It was a nice conversation, I answered almost everything, and most of the questions I answered and covered by previous answers. Seemed like they were impressed and I thought that I did well. However, they decided to give the opportunity to someone else. the position requires lots of skills, even my journalism experience wasn't enough, so it's hard to say who they were looking for. They didn't answer clearly on my Q about position as its something new and they still didn't know how it works. So if you didn't get an offer, don't be upset its just experience. But if you only applied, here are some tips: - Principals of the organisation - They ask for scenarios on the first interview, use star and prepare stories from past experience - your values - prepare questions - relax

tell us how can you tailor your skills to our position. tell us the lime when you used this or that software. how would you build brand awareness on each social media? how do you find to work with the team? they asked about metrics on the website which social media do you know and how you can tailor content for all of them.
