The whole process was organised by the company. They invited some students from my school to have a tour of the facility and talk to the current employees in a conversational style.
The interview had 4 stages, first the initial stage with the recruitment officer, second the technical interview with practicals, third an interview with the team and lastly a behavioral fit interview.

The interview was 30 min and was mostly demo. While I was walking the interviewers through my project, I noticed they just sat there rarely asked questions or gave feedback. I had to solicit feedback for most of the time and communication didn’t feel much bidirectional.
