Ippc Pharmacy interview questions

Sat in the waiting area of front office for a whole hour before anyone came to interview me. The people working at the front desk had no idea if the HR lady was even at work that day. They paged her multiple times. When they finally found her she was just walking around. She walked by the front office cursing and laughing, I could see her through the glass window while I was sitting there waiting. She didn’t even address me until 30 minutes after they found her. Apparently she had been waiting for the owners son who conducted the interview while she sat and watched. While I was waiting for that hour, pharmaceutical sales reps came by with coffee and food to meet with someone and of course they were turned away because the person they had an appointment to meet with conveiniently wasn’t there that day, so unprofessional. It took them an entire month to hire me after my interview and drug test.

Years ago when I was hired it was very informal, owner told me about the company, and basically ask me to start the next week. Now it's more difficult, owner's son is in charge of interview process.
