Initial phone interview, followed by an interview with the local manager and his director. Next came a field ride with a rep in another city, followed by one on one interview with the Regional Director of Sales.

Professional and transparent process. Many interesting insights just by going to first and second interview. Very relaxed and inclusive approach both recruiter and hiring manager. I learn a lot and they were quick getting back between interviews and decisions.
