I really enjoyed the efficiency of it. Once you make it through the first 2 rounds, you're onto a 2 hour panel which is intense but it makes the offer process much faster.

Part of the interview process was to conduct a Discovery meeting with an ICP.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit Mailchimp in May 2024
Interview
Made it through 3 rounds and then a Mock Presentation, which was rescheduled a few times and finally scheduled with what appeared to be an intern and another employee. Waste of time, as it seemed they just randomly threw someone on the call who had zero insight on how to engage a Discovery call. I think they just wanted to pick interviewees' brains for insight they needed to do their own jobs (training).
