It was terrible. I use to work for Mailchimp in a different department. I interviewed Billing because I really enjoyed Mailchimp as a company. The billing supervisor who interviewed me couldn't be bothered. He acted bored, no personality and was just all around a downer. He asked me what did I do that was special when I worked in my previous team at Mailchimp. What do you mean? I answered chats and email for customers! That was special enough! He couldn't even be bothered to contact me to let me know they've moved forward with someone else. I had to reach out to the recruiter myself. I wouldn't have enjoyed working for him so I'm glad I didn't get the job.
