The interview consisted of 3 phases, technical/general screening, behavioral/cultural fit screening, then a robust assessment (4 panel interview with case study). In the panel, the interviewer is given a few minutes for introductions, a quick tour of their portfolio of works, and then the remainder of the hour is reserved for the craft demo. Depending on the study, you may have more than one objective. After a quick break, I concluded with a 2:1, 1:1, and 1:1 sessions.
