I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Menlo Park, CA) in Feb 2010
Interview
I applied online at Intuitcareer.com and was contacted by HR in 1 week. I had the phone interview with the HR first and the next week with the hiring manager. The HR was great and professional. The hiring manager was a little bit tough - the questions were general (about yourself, strength/ weakness) but were followed with questions to provide more details. Then after a week, I had the onsite interview with four people in one morning and another four in the following week. Most of the questions are behavioral questions but if you read the job descriptions closely, you can prepare for most of the behavioral questions. In general, the people are friendly and down-to-earth. The office in Menlo Park is nice with gym and mid-sized cafe.

Question 1
How do you influence your teammates to change their belief and process?
a 15-30 minute intro screen first. If you advance, the next round is a 45-60 minute technical interview where you will present 3-5 slides on past work and do a live tool demonstration via screen share.

Question 1
Describe a process that you automated and the result of that automation?
I applied online. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA)
Interview
They made me create a 50 page presentation about me, why I'm a good fit for the job, etc. I had to go down to Mountain View and present for them. Once I got down there, while waiting in the lobby, I heard the person that was going to be interviewing me say "I don't know why we're bringing all these people in for the interview when we have no intention of hiring them".
So after taking off half a day of work, buying a whole new wardrobe, including shoes and ruining my whole weekend to create an entire presentation, I found out that the whole thing was a farce. So disrespectful!

Question 1
They asked me to create a presentation about myself.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (San Diego, CA)
Interview
The process is very laborious and time consuming. Multiple rounds of Interviews, as 4 -6 hr working session, another panel interview. Missed several days of work because interviews changed with little notice.
