Intuit QuickBase uses the STAR method of behavioral interviewing (Situation, Task, Action, Result), which I found to be tedious and confusing.
The interview was scheduled for a half a day because you interview with several people at once. I met with 5 people at different levels of the organization (director, manager and colleagues). 2 of the interview sessions were over the phone, which was awkward since I was sitting in the conference room by myself.
