I had to complete the application online. I was then invited to an interview by a recruiter. The interview itself consisted of a few online tests and scenarios. I was then contacted much later by another recruiter with the job offer.

How would I handle a disgruntled customer? What actions would I take?
First Phone call interview with HR to pass the first round and then get invited to the next round for taking 2 hrs to finish the multiple questions! Very difficult unless you're very familiar with income tax
