Interview
Initially I was interviewed by the person who would become my supervisor. Then I was interviewed on-site by that person and a few others. I was given a project to work on which would illustrate my skill set.

There were no "gotcha" or unexpected questions. I thought it was all pretty straight-forward.
I met with the hiring manager and she asked me questions about my past experience and what she thought I could contribute to the role. My background included experience living abroad, which was appealing as the company runs cross-cultural exchange programs.
