They have their own recruitment product i.e. Interview Air, where they create a first interview round in which you have to record your own video profile by answering some auto-generated HR and basic questions. Based on that, they will send you another interview round i.e. Look-up, which is another Video interview with customized technical questions. After that, they will call you for a personal interview.
