Interview
The interview process was easy. It was done via Skype. Two staff members interview you. I was honest about what I wanted. They were honest about they needed. They will ask you about your International teaching experiences or lack there of. They want enthusiastic teachers who will commit to 3 months even 6 months with their company. They will ask you if you taught adults before.
Thank you for leaving your feedback regarding our interview process at the time that we interviewed you. You mention that both parties were honest and that you accepted the job but gave an overall negative experience for the interview, why was this? Why did you accept the job if you felt that the interview was a negative experience?
