Interview
I had a pre phone interview with HR that seemed to have gone well. I received a message that they wanted to do a second interview with a second party. In spite of both emails and calls to their HR recruiter to set things up, and a scheduled date and time for a second phone interview, I heard nothing back.

Question 1
In the HR interview, she went over my resume. She then asked questions like how did I deal with difficult situations to find solutions. She also if I’d ever managed people. Overall though it was more of a conversation. I had some follow up questions that she promised to research as well.
