Worst experience imaginable. I had several phone screens, multiple in-person interviews including the President and several SVP's. I was told that they were very excited about my candidacy and following my second round of interviews, I was asked to complete a "Case Study". This was a very lengthy assignment that they expected should only take about two days to complete. Given I didn't want to lose the opportunity at hand although I was concerned about the amount of time and energy that would need to be spent - I completed the assignment over the holidays, due January 2nd. When I came back for my third in-person interview to present my work, it was obvious they had not put any time into reviewing it. The response to the massive amount of work, time and energy that I put in was "this timeline isn't realistic". I had created a robust presentation and proposal as requested, and the feedback they provided was ludicrous. When I was called by the recruiter to let me know that I didn't receive the offer, the only reason she had was that "my timeline wasn't realistic". I explained this was a mock presentation and wasn't an actual timeline, to which she apologized and recognized that this was an unfair reason to not be chosen. I now fear that they poached my ideas and they certainly poached my time. I hope to warn anyone who might be in the same position as I was - DO NOT go near this very corrupt company.
