Long-ish hiring process. Started with phone "qualification" interview. Then I had to submit a writing sample. Then moved to in-person interview with potential supervisor and colleague. Final interview stage was with V of department and another possible colleague. One quirk: I applied for the job in August and got a call back in January.

The HR recruiter reached out two weeks after I applied. She was very nice. We had a brief meeting via Team Meetings. The salary was not a fit for me, so the interview ended quickly. It seemed that the salary was low for the fundraising goals for the position (securing seven-figure gifts)
