International Alert interview questions

Met with a very friendly and welcoming panel to discuss the role. It was a positive experience and they were forthcoming with information. I was offered any adjustments should I have needed any. The interview lasted about 40 minutes.

There was a written test online first which was focused on Excel. Then invited to offices in London for a face to face interview attended by two senior staff members.
