I applied on the careers page through their website and received a response from their VP of People. I had two interviews and felt nothing but positive vibes from the company. Not only did we talk about what the job entails and how I would handle certain situations, but also my life outside of work and where I see myself in the future. This was a huge bonus and showed that the company truly cares for their employees and wants to see them grow. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and made the process so seamless.
