      - floating holidays time off + PTO

      Cons

      - salary and commission pays you nothing - this company wants you to work even on your days off so you can make daily/monthly sales goals - no work life balance / no opportunities to grow - people in the company steal your clients and your sales - management dont care about you only about making money so they can sit around and do nothing - the products are so bad-nothing but damages and poor quality waste of money better off somewhere else worth your money - there is no customer service phone number to call so they leave all that work to design experts/sales people even though they dont get commission on that specific sale so this company wants u to waste time dealing with people who are angry about the white glove delivery which is also despicable - nobody in that company wants to work
