Interactive Kids RBT Registered Behavior Technician interview questions

Initial interview in the office was fast and included typical questions. They did allow me to go into one of the therapy rooms for an extended period, and although I liked this, I saw it as unethical due to 3 reasons. 1.) My fingerprint background check and CARI had not been completed by the employer 2.) It was a violation of HIPPA laws. Leading to point 3.) It was a violation of the RBT code of ethics.
