I was sent 3 assessments that took around 1.5 hours to complete. These were like SAT tests that do not relate to the job posting. I completed them anyway. Then I got an automated response saying my application is no longer being consider. If I put in 1.5 hours of my time to take these stupid tests I believe I deserve at least a face -to-face with a human.
