InterSystems Application Support interview questions

Initially it was a TET test based upon a Programming language logic and analytical approach. I could not clear but If the Management who looks after recruitment is seeing this Feedback then I would request them to show some respect for an Applicants Experience specially when one belongs to the similar Sector . I just don’t think that the TET has much to do with the Profile . There must be a criteria wherein Candidates with more than 5 years of Relevant Experience don’t have to go through TETs . Thank you.
