Not really an interview but recruiter James Boyle would connect with you on LinkedIn, open up the conversation about a role, then proceed to ghost you. After several sent messages, the guy doesn't even read them - I would assume he spams all applicants with this then discontinues messaging once he finds who he needs - leaving many demoralized in the process.
