If you're looking for a 2010-style interview with questions about your "weaknesses" and an interviewer who doesn't value punctuality by being late, Intelvision is the place. Unfortunately, their communication skills match their interview style. After a week of silence and seeing my follow-up messages read and ignored on LinkedIn, it’s clear they lack a basic culture of feedback. Definitely not a place for Senior engineers who value their time.
