I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation in Jan 2025
Interview
Asked to answer questions over email, then chat with hiring manager, then in theory panel interview. However, after scheduling the panel interview, they asked me if I could reschedule, and then ghosted followed by a generic rejection. Honestly, good communication makes or breaks all hiring processes, and I would say theirs reflects some deeper organizational problems.

Interview
The worst interview experience I've ever had in my career. I want to start by saying Intel was highly unprofessional. The Intern program manager provided a correct date and time for a 30-minute meeting but gave me an INCORRECT link. A new one was sent 20 minutes later. Unfortunately, the manager I met with did not offer to reschedule. We had a 5-minute interview with mainly the manager giving an overview of the role. I was only asked one question. I would suggest cautiously approaching, whether applying, interviewing, or accepting an offer.
Took a while to hear back. Process was relatively simple, didn’t get the job but that’s okay. I’ve heard it isn’t as easy for others. Varies based on job you are interviewing for.
