I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intel Corporation in Mar 2024
Interview
There were 4 panels and the session are about 30 - 40 minutes. They asked mainly about the JD (management) and more like behavioral questions. No technical questions as my position are on management. There were test I had to take, divided into three parts where the first part they wanted to see how focus and particular we are, the second more on critical thinking and the last part were about excel sheets I have to complete. They only give us 30 minutes to answer and there will be one recruiter that will stay with us until we complete the test. It was a bit hard for me to answer all because we had to do in Microsoft teams and it was lagging due to the control from the recruiter side as well as my side.

Interview
It was a very professional interview. The interviewers were very friendly and insightful. There weren't any technical questions asked during the interview. The job description was explained in detail. I learned a lot about their company culture during the interview. They have very flexible working hours and they do offer the option to work from home.
Smooth, technical question. 8 interviewers with different departments and only 2-3 people that will interview you. Might be based on suitability of your profile to their department. Overall a smooth process and the professionalism of the interviewer is very good.
