Onsite interview , was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin , 2 45 mins interviews , very general , technical plus behavioral , they have packet of questions , for mat sci engg i believe those are the same questions. My slot had everyone- bachelors , masters , phd , experienced. First the info session for 30 mins then HR benefits , followed by lunch . During the lunch , the interviewers come and find you , you have lunch with them. Do no start asking questions the very moment. Let it be casual during the lunch. Talk with everyone. Decision would be made in 2 weeks , even they know that the candidates are anxious . So waiting for the result now.
