I had 12 interviews in one day, both with managers and engineers. We discussed my work as a graduate student, the organization of the company, details about the job and what were my expectations. I gave a 1h seminar on my research. The overall experience was very nice.

Got a call from hiring manager regarding my interest in position and detailing about my resume. Called for an onsite interview which consisted of a 1hr presentation, followed by 3 one to one interviews.

Followed by 3 one to one interviews mostly centered around the projects I carried out during my career and how I solved the problem statement. Interview
Long interview process but very casual. It started from 7:45 am to 4:00 pm.
Thesis presentation (45 mins) and 1:1 interview with different members of the team. The interview process was very exciting and the interviewers were very friendly. They are looking for someone who knows how to trouble shoot different instruments and equipment.

I had a phone interview. Then I was confirmed for an on-site interview after 2 weeks. On-site interview was all day long. Introduction, thesis presentation, 1 to 1 interviews with managers, lunch tour. Questions were focused on my research, experience with equipments, troubleshooting, team-work.
