Integrated Insight interview questions

In the first interview, I was told there would only be 1 more interview, the process was 2 weeks, and they were moving fast. After the 2nd interview, they asked for references and when my references took a bit longer than usual they wanted me to interview for a 3rd time. I agreed but wasn’t thrilled b/c by then it was 3 weeks into the process. My 3rd interview wasn’t the best plus by the end of it I was less interested b/c the interviewer mentioned they hired her right out of grad school which meant she had no experience(I have more experience than her when they hired her but I also am a minority so I understand the aspect of having to work 2x as hard ). They also kept checking my LinkedIn pg throughout the process and I truly think it not being tailored to a Market Research position was why I wasn’t offered it. Looking back, I think the confusion with the length of the interview process was potentially a red flag cuz I saw a review on here that mentioned no work/life balance and a lot of last minute assignments.
