Inclusive. They seem to look at age( when you graduate) than experience . They also look at your ability to speak in details rather than the practical expect on the job

A test and then an interview. Had only about 3 days notice before the test. Very short notice. Test was numeric, verbal and abstract. Takes about 3 days for decision and an interview invite. Again only 3 days prior notice
