Insurtech Insights Graduate Associate interview questions

Initially had to take personality test and then had pleasant call with HR (who consists of one person by the way...). Then had call with CEO - asked incredibly irrelevant questions such as "what am I most proud of before the age of 16?" and "what do you disagree with your friends about?". The CEO clearly wasn't interested in the process, YAWNING midway through one of my answers. Complete waste of time - I'd advise anybody to steer clear. Naturally, as a fresh graduate, this knocked me a fair bit and left me feeling fairly angry, upset & frustrated.
